Cruise along the picturesque Illinois River and relive the adventures of Mark Twain as the sounds of the calliope drift through the valley.

Kids and adults alike will be fascinated by the boat’s tall fluted stacks and gigantic candy-apple red paddlewheel churning through the water. It’s great entertainment for all ages. Trip includes Captain’s Commentary. Gift shop and concessions are available. No reservations required.

These cruises are an hour and a half-long. They begin and end at the riverfront dock in downtown Peoria.

Universal Rhythm Assembly is a groundbreaking festival returning to the Riverfront Festival Park in downtown Peoria June 22-23, 2012. This year’s festival will be the sixth annual and will feature 2 nights of outstanding live performances!

Of course, no festival is complete without great food and spirits, so we are taking it to the next level! In order to reduce our carbon footprint, The Universal Rhythm Assembly will be supporting local food and beverage vendors whenever possible. And if that wasn’t enough, we will also have an assortment of specialty merchandise vendors to round out the experience.
